This is the first and last time I will be coming here. When I made my appointment, I was never informed that I needed a kennel or required to complete additional paperwork. I understand that these procedures are necessary, but it would have been helpful to know before I paid and drove all the way here. It's 23 degrees outside with wind, and a staff member told me to wait outside while she figured out the kennel situation. However, she never returned. Supposed to host a free or low cost spay/neuter clinic. I called in advance and got instructions and followed them perfectly. We got there and they denied providing that service. We had trapped some feral cats and will probably never be able to get ahold of them again to help them.
Very organized. Great staff. I get all my kitties there.
