I contacted KCA Services in 2022 as I knew that an HVAC in the upstairs portion of our home was on it's last leg when we moved into the home. I spoke to several services and after what I felt was stellar Customer Service and Great Follow up chose KCA Services to install a Brand New Unit. I was initially used to TRANE Units from our previous home but was told that American Standard was the same company and make the same product as TRANE.
