The staff are always professional and polite. They always greet me by name and with a smile.
I have a very complicated medical history. It's a delicate dance in dealing with, several serious medical issues at the same time. Treatments and medication that differ. Learning, that being a Senior Citizen it feels like we have a new medical conditions every other visit 😂. As they say "Old age is not for sissies".
