My bf John had an appt and got his truck bed-lined. KC got overspray ALLL over the truck and left tape everywhere. Needs to be professionally detailed now. Got photos for proof. Kid won’t answer calls or texts to give an explanation. Also he had the truck for 7 days and gave John the run around on when it was actually being worked on. John dropped it off at 84,260 miles. Absolutely horrible experience. I’m not the type to ever write a bad review but after a week of trying to contact, not answering phone calls and giving me the run around via text I’m done. I got my f350 bed lined. I picked it up when it was dark, the next day I’m looking at it and noticed my whole entire truck is covered in over spray, there is still tape on multiple places on the truck, bed liner is already chipping 7 days later, and to top it all off it took a week for him to do the work. KC did an amazing job undercoating my Lexus GX470. He has a deep understanding of the process and his passion for perfection shines through. Communication was great. Sent me pics of the progress along the way. High recommend!
Casey did an excellent job undercoating my Tacoma with woolwax. He got me in on a short notice and made sure to fully wash the underside of my truck. He even went the extra mile to remove any skidplates to coat everything properly. Very thorough work, highly reccomended
