Essentially, I was going to consider changing companies for insurance again. However, thanks to the professionalism of Mia Tearpak, I've decided to stay with State Farm. She has always exhibited great customer service skills. She follows through on all issues, resolves any discrepancies when possible. Her attitude presents with genuine concern and caring for the customer. Im am very pleased with how she makes me feel as though I'm important even if we only speak on the phone. She gets high kudos from me.
