I drove 2 hours to come and look at and buy a truck from them. I messaged the salesman, Brady, that I was coming down to look that day. I also messaged him when I was 30 minutes away and he waited to respond to my text as I was pulling into the dealership with, “sounds good”. As soon as I get out of my vehicle I got met by somebody and he said he would go get Brady, he came out and let me know someone was writing a check for it as we pulled in. Great service and nice people.
I brought my kenworth in and it needed a transmission. They replaced the transmission and didn't install the drive shaft appropriately. My driver did make it a few days down the road. He broke down in the interstate and got towed to a dealer. Multiple mechanics at the Kenworth stated the shop that changed your transmission didn't secure drive shaft appropriately. Had the bracket holding my brake chamber brake off they were able to get my trailer in right away and fix the issue. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend
