Dr West is kind and spends time with you while you are visiting. My low rating is because I've never waited less than an hour to be seen after arrival. It's really difficult finding time to take off from work and waiting for an hour just to be seen makes things really complicated.

Called in June of 2023 for a consultation appointment and was scheduled for October 24, 2023; i explained that I would be out of my medications by the middle of September and was told to cancel my appointment my 10/24/23 and find another primary care. Thank You for understanding the situation of an elderly patient of 80 years old with several chronic illnesses; my previous primary provider retired in July of 2023. No one important here

Waited months for an appointment just to be contacted just before the appointment to have it cancelled. Was told that the next available appointment was weeks out again.

After waiting 3 months for an appointment as a new patient, I was called and told my appointment needed to be rescheduled for 7 weeks later! Seriously? I guess I will never know what kind of dr she is, as it is impossible to get an appointment. She must not need patients.
