Got a quote for them to come and pick up my vehicle and an estimate window for them to come and pick it up. The window of time was 11:30-3:30, alright fine... long window, but ok. We finally get a text at 2:05pm with a picture of our estimate. We send back a question mark and asking if they were on the way. The response was that they can't be here until 5:30pm or later. i had them pull a rear end assembly for a titan and it was the nicest pull i have ever seen ! not a single line cut, every thing dismantled perfectly, all ready for install with no clean up ! this is the most professional part pulling that i have seen in a l long time , and i ama used car lot and i buy a lot of used parts ! thank you kc !
