I sold a vehicle to this company in May 2025 and was issued a cheque that was filled out incorrectly, making it unusable. I contacted the company numerous times to resolve the issue. Each time I was told that a replacement cheque would be prepared and mailed the next day, but that never happened. These guys are incompetent. They posted in FB marketplace a full set of tires. Told him I will be driving 1hr and half up north. Asked him for more photos and verified with him that they had 4. When I showed up they only had 2. Wasted my time and gas. Don’t trust these guys. They are incompetent fools.

I had a revealing conversation over the phone with this company. I signed up for this company to pick up my vehicle from my home online and got an offer.
