Went here yrs ago to have a towing bar etc ordered and put on a vehicle I owned and the guy was nice. Went just two days ago and spoke to another gentleman and again same treatment. There are good people working at KC Trucks and honest! I like the hospitality but I love the honesty even more.
Our bumper on the Jeep was coming apart being flat towed. We had it welded twice but decided to go ahead and get a new bumper (the bumper we had was bought for looks, not knowing we’d be flat towing someday!). Hunter found us a bumper and installed it in a timely manner, important since we were on the road!! Fantastic communication and customer service!! An additional plus, they honor veterans with a discount!
Outstanding service... been going back for Decades...
