Kevin came out to have a look at our magnolia tree and was fantastic. He took the time to explain what was happening, and gave his honest and practical advice on whether it could be saved. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help rather than just sell a service. We really appreciated his time and expertise and would highly recommend Kevin.

We recently contacted KC Treecare regarding a big old tree in our front yard that appeared to be dying. The guys responded promptly, attended the property within the week, and did an extensive assessment. They confirmed there was no safe alternative but to take out the tree. A few days later they removed the tree, which they did in an afternoon, cleaning up the site before they left. They did a really top job, communicated well, and are very professional.

Fantastic knowledge and service. We had a large tree that required substantial trimming back and Kevin came out to assess it and advised the optimal time to do the trimming that would minimise the stress on the tree. When the time came to do the work, the friendly team of 3 that arrived were absolutely brilliant in navigating some tricky wires and cutting our tree back to exactly where we wanted it. Everything was taken care of with absolute ease.

Dakota and his team were excellent. All my inquiries were followed up immediately they turned up on time for the job did the pruning which wasn't easy extremely well and left my back yard clean and tidy at the end of the job. I certainly recommend them for any job.
