I have used Katie for all of my real estate transactions over the last 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. If you are buying/selling/refinancing I would recommend KC Title & Closing 100% of the time. Do not let your realtor or bank tell you that you can't use them it is your choice. We didn’t hire ,, people who bought our house had to use her thru their realtor,, at first ok, but on final day of closing we had problems !! Her figures and amounts were questioned,, Katie got an attitude!!! No way she was wrong according to her!!! Our realtor pointed out mistake,, nothing corrected,, we went to settle up at our bank, they questioned and found mistake, same one we pointed out , she figured payoff to bank wrong, thus not paying note off in full,, we then called and questioned her again, attitude,, bank also ... read more
