KC filed my 2023 income tax return. Prior to dropping off my tax returns, I asked them questions which I felt that they knew what they were doing. OMG - stay far away from this business. They are just bookkeepers and has no clue about taxes. They missed all my donations, medical expenses and when I asked them why my investment fees were not claimed, I got an answer of "Oh, I did not see the IMA fees on your tax slip". I had to go to another accountant which they filed an adjustment. POOR SERVICE and NOT HAPPY!
