Paid early expecting peace of mind, yet deadlines still slipped, mileage logs vanished, and I ended up on hold for forty minutes just to learn my remittance was misapplied. Anne apologized and reduced the invoice slightly, but the interest CRA charged me and the time lost sorting it out outweighed any discount
Cheap fee, costly errors and stressful follow-ups
Would not recommend this place especially if you're a new business owner. They don't do their work on time. You always have to follow up over and over again to get your taxes filed on time. Their bookkeeper was clueless about my business (I guess no communication within the team?) and was crunching numbers all wrong which lead to more work for me but at the end, I still had to pay Anne which was very disappointing.
Thought the home-office setup would keep costs low, instead I lost sleep untangling exchange-rate errors and missing expense categories. Anne fixed figures eventually, yet the late filing fee and extra bookkeeping hours wiped out any savings I hoped for
Quick to invoice but ignored key receipts, had to chase repeatedly for explanations
