Stoves is what they do and know their stuff. Not a seasonal business like other competitors. Had a rare problem with a top line pellet stove which created soot damage. Other competitor couldn’t figure out the problem and blamed me. Even experts from the stove company couldn’t find cause of problem. Went on for over a year. KC came in when I purchased a replacement stove. Knew right away what the problem was, and how to install the stove correctly. Never had a problem and stove ran great.
