Business was nice enough and professional until we decided not to use them for the installation of our fire pit. We did order the parts thru them - 3 months later, we are still waiting. Claimed there was a back order on the decorative logs and we should wait to reduce shipping costs. Canceled that part of the order and purchased direct from manufacturer- received the logs in less than a week with - guess what - free shipping. I have a pellet stove now for 10 years. Every time I need parts & supplies I go to KC stoves. They always have plenty of supplies & parts in stock.Their prices are good. The people that work there are nice & friendly and knowledgeable. I shop around for the best price on supplies & parts and most of the time KC has the best price. One important thing to remember.
