KC Services replaced my failing gas logs. They had to order a replacement unit, which took about 10 days. The new unit works great, and they were very professional. One recommendation I have would be to be better about communication, but overall, I am very pleased. Highly recommend!
Kenneth is a great guy just had bad luck on this remodel keeping help and getting spread too thin.
