Used them for a project, could not recommend. Way overpriced, bad communication and they subcontract all their work to the cheapest contractor they can find. Not pleased.
Won't be going with them again, what a nightmare. They don't actually have staff and subcontract out all of their work. Guess it's hard to keep good employees under the current ownership. All of their advertisements about custom homes were built by other contractors they were being a GC for. If that's the case, just be a GC and be honest about it.
Bad builders and won't stand behind their work
WARNING!!! Had Kadin do some work on our house and I just have to say how blessed we are to have him! You can tell he has years of experience and wisdom. Glad we choose KC contracting and glad we got Kadin to do our job!!! When you're looking for a contractor the one thing you want to make sure of is to get someone as good as Kadin! Base on my experience with Kadin I'd highly recommend KC and their team!
