Performed some of the worst remodel work I've ever seen. Watching the owner and hearing him scream at the top of his lungs at his employees all day was also kind of a bad deal to watch. The owner talks to his employees like their children, and cannot keep a level head to save his life. The work performed was also very subpar. Had to have another contractor come out and repair the "work" performed by KC services. Would not recommend. Way overpriced as well.

Used them for a project, could not recommend. Way overpriced, bad communication and they subcontract all their work to the cheapest contractor they can find. Not pleased.

Won't be going with them again, what a nightmare. They don't actually have staff and subcontract out all of their work. Guess it's hard to keep good employees under the current ownership. All of their advertisements about custom homes were built by other contractors they were being a GC for. If that's the case, just be a GC and be honest about it.
