We had an area rug that was several years old in need of a deep clean - pick up was super easy, as was the delivery! They also took the time to explain some of the “quirks” I had noticed about our rug, and also made suggestions on how to avoid those issues when the time comes to replace our rug. Our rug looks great, and the process was very stress free. I would highly recommend!
