John is simply the best. Fair, knowledgeable, and a great person. He cleaned up an estate sale rug for me, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Literally a indo Persian rug I bought for $100 John cleaned up and appraised at $5-7k! And I’ve been taking all my rugs to John and he makes them beautiful again! 3 kids and a puppy ;)

Contacted KC Rugs and John responded quickly. Had a family Persian my Father had bought in the late 1950s repaired and cleaned as well as an Iraqi tribal rug I brought from Baghdad. John was a wealth of knowledge, after picking up the rugs, he discovered my Father’s rug origin and date it was manufactured based on the unique blue dye and the design.
