Kody and his crew are very knowledgeable and do fantastic foundation work. My experience with K.C. Quality Foundation was professional, timely, and budget friendly from first contact to finished result. 10/10 highly recommend.
Review updated on September 8, 2025. Moved from a one star to a three star given that they did work with me on mitigating the repairs below but weird that the expectation is that epoxy would not be warranted. If I were to pay Almost $9000 I would expect to have a foundation that is issue free. On top of mitigating the foundation, I had also addressed the root cause of routing water appropriately away from the foundation so given both of these remedies, I assumed I would have no further foundation issues. Please just don’t do it. Do not work with them. I spent $8775 to fix a foundation Roughly August 21 of 2019 and it is now 2025 and my foundation is leaking. After multiple attempts to contact them, they have not been responsive or cooperative to remedy the situation. They just want your money. Full text exchange attached as well.
