I did not expect charity work. I needed a new roof because of a leaking skylight. I expected the roofers to let me know, as I asked them to, how degraded the condition of the skylight was and give me the option to purchase and have a new skylight installed in addition to the roof. Instead they put in the old skylight , which immediately began leaking. I also asked they remove a small section of guttering, I didn't have a way to reach it. It was a few screws and 5 minutes.
