Paid and never came back to finish pool. Stopped responding to calls and messages
Been trying g to get ahold of company forever after they replaced two pumps for us. We spent thousands. Never received Polaris back after it was taken the beginning if last year ti be repaired. Pumps are leaking g and can not get anyone to answer phone. All we want is the pumps fixed and someone to call us to make thi go right and post will be taken down. I understand it's a busy time of year but a good company stands behind its work. I never ever leave a bad post on anyone but this is horrible customer service
