Called Chase at 7:00 a.m. this morning about water in the basement and sump pump not working. He said he had another job in front and would be there around 8:30. Over the years I have learned that this likely means an hour or more later than the given time but not with KC Plumber Pro. He was there before 8:30. Very professional, fixed the problem and out the door around 9:15. I will use KC Plumber Pro for all my plumbing issues going forward. Thank you!
