Called Chase at 7:00 a.m. this morning about water in the basement and sump pump not working. He said he had another job in front and would be there around 8:30. Over the years I have learned that this likely means an hour or more later than the given time but not with KC Plumber Pro. He was there before 8:30. KC Plumber Pro installed a new water heater in our Overland Park home. They were quick to respond and cleaned up afterwards. They also showed up right when they said they would. We will be using this company in the future.
Good Plumber KC Plumber Pro came out to install a sump pump and backup sump pump. Very pleased with how quickly they responded. Technician was clean cut and polite. While they were here we also had them replace one of our outside faucets that was leaking.
