Whoever this goober is that you’ve got representing your company has absolutely no regard for themselves or anyone else on the road. Driving at insane speeds and tailgating as close as humanly possible? Ridiculous.
We had a leak in the finished basement whenever it rained. Had 2 other companies come out and review the problem. KC Pier quoted the least evasive solution and the cost was reasonable. The quoting process was easy and Damien and crew were on time and completed the repair in a quick and clean process.
I had several foundation companies come out to assess my foundation settlement issue. KC Pier and Brian Dufour were leaps and bounds above the others. Other companies told me I would have to remove my landscaping and remove an old deck that was in the way of the foundation. Some companies even said I’d have to take my fence down for the work. I had KC Pier come out and do foundation repairs on a house my grandpa built over 60 years ago. It was a huge job but Sebastia’s and his crew showed up and a few days later got the job done. I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work! Truly a crew that cares about quality work. From start to finish I was kept informed and aware of the process. Once the work was completed the cleanup started. Holy crap, you can hardly even tell anything happened! Thank you Sebastia and thank you KC Pier for the lifetime peace of mind!
They did a wonderful job raising our house. We had three doors which would not close. Now the doors freely close and the house has stopped moving.
