Do not hire for multi-appointment projects. Aaron (owner/worker) never showed up on original appointment days. One week Canceled and rescheduled the appointment five times. I put up with it because he seemed kind and to be struggling with organizing client schedules. Issue was not resolved. Still have mice. Aaron did not complete any of the work described in the beginning with the exception of placing bait boxes.
