10/10 of recommend. It starts with Makena at the front desk. Amazing personality and super helpful always. Today's experience surpassed my expectations. All the staff was super friendly for that matter. I didn't feel like a number basically. They all took time to get to know me on some level. Dr. Ray has helped me in the past. She always does amazing job! That's why I say 10/10 recommend.
Was not impressed with this facility at all first visit girl at the front desk not front desk material second injection the doctor hit a nerve im sure sensation when down the the back of my leg hurt like hell I stated oh my god that hurt he left the room no comment went back 11/17 to see nurse practitioner says so the injection not working I said no well you know your L6 L whatever is something do you want to see a neurologist how do I know who I am suppose to see I feel as though I was treated this way because I’m African A... read more
Dr Chaplick and his nurses, Megan, Cricket & Jennifer were all amazing, made my daughter and i comfortable,very professional and treated us well. Dr Chaplick took time to explain everything step by step prior to procedure, top notch staff! Thank You!
