I gave 2 stars because Emily at the office seemed professional when I called to inform her of my experience with their company. Today we had 3 men at our property to do maintenance on a condo owned by one of our residents. When I approached them I asked which unit they were heading into, as we have a policy against unknown and unapproved vendors on our property.
