Only giving it two stars because the staff was friendly and I got a decent deal on a used x384. The salesperson said it was all "serviced and ready to go", but as I found out later it needed a new battery, new belts, and a new pinion shaft. Also it costs $100 for them to go get and bring your mower back if you don't have a trailer. A hidden cost that they did not inform me about.
