Its was my first time going there yesterday. A lady by the name of Michelle did my pedicure. I went in for a basic pedicure because I don't like UV lights for gel. She seemed annoyed because I didnt want gel pedicure. During the process she made me bleed twice and the nail polish was very messy and all over my cuticles. And to top it off the cost 29.00 for a horrible service. Michelle is the lady that sits at the desk and collects money. She shouldn't be doing services. We got 3 gel pedicures and 1 manicure. For whatever reason the owner treated us like we didn’t have money to pay. On one of the , the flowers didn’t match. We weren’t even offered disposal sanders/slippers. One member of our party was on a wheelchair and the owner got her off the sauna chair immediately when the pedicure process was over-there were plenty open saunas and only 2 other patrons. Very awful customer service. We come to get pampered not ushered out.
I’ll be honest—pricing seemed fair for a short, basic French set. I got my nails done on 9/27/25 (Saturday), and by Monday they were already lifting and chipping at the sides. I called to ask if this was normal, and they told me to come back so they could fix it. When I went in today (9/30/25), the same nail tech who did my set had a rude tone as soon as I showed her the lifting and chipping. Horrible! This was my nail shop but just went last week and will never go back! Paid 120 for a gel x full set and pedicure. My gel d is already coming off! She was in such a rush she made the lady only do one coat and my nails are so bad! Now I have to go pay to remove them and get a whole new set because water can now get trapped
