Initial scope of work was to help deep clean my basement. During renovations we discovered a mouse infestation, and the joist/walls were filled with mice droppings. Mike said that they could clean everything, spray for mold, and clean the joist. After the first visit, almost no improvement was made to the joist. They were caked with mouse droppings.
