Tim and the team are great! No BS, they do the job and do it well! It's sad that there isn't a shop as good anywhere I can find in Brisbane but the small trip to get the job done right honestly is well worth it. They have also saved me thousands.
I am a new resident in Toowoomba so finding a new mechanic was a bit daunting. KC Mechanical did a general service on my Honda last Friday. They lived up to their advertised attitude of professional and friendly. The job was done quickly. The price was slightly less than quoted. Items needing attention were noted. I was impressed by Jesse's attention to detail when he cleaned my windscreen. The car is running well again. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you. You have yourselves a new customer!
Took my car here for a service and door handle replacement after waiting over 12 months for my previous mechanic to order the parts. KC mechanical kindly reviewed my car prior to the service to ensure they had the part available for my service date and despite being very booked up managed to squeeze me in for a service and repair and get everything sorted.
