i spent almost 2 wks trying to purchase a mattress online. it was hoop after hoop, and nothing getting accomplished. i did my own research, & was fairly confidant in what I wanted, I just needed to order it, & have it delivered, w/out me having to take off wrk, to go in and buy. Staff was great in finding the right bed with absolutely no pressure. No need to go to the big box stores , mattress city has everything you need. Delivery was prompt and great staff who set everything up

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mattress City. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right mattress instead of just making a sale. KC Mattress was a great place to shop for bed base. No hassles, no pressured sales pitch, and great customer service. Delivery was excellent. Very friendly and courteous. Went out of their way to help move box spring, etc. You will not be disappointed.
