Have gone here for years, every time my family needed a mattress, this is where we went. Always phenomenal service, super attentive and aware of what needs you might have, price ranges, etc. I was having a rough day when I came in and they were just super supportive and understanding. My mattress/pillow is the most comfortable combo I’ve had. 10/10 recommend this store always!

I was greeted even before I walked in the door. Great experience. I did have to call to ask about my delivery, but the guys called me back quickly and arrived to the minute that they said they’d arrive. The delivery guys were courteous and were in and out quickly. I’m still evaluating the mattress as it needs some time to break in. It felt fantastic in store. Will report back!
Fantastic selection, great quality, knowledgeable team, and phenomenal customer service. From walking in the front door, to having my bed delivered (and set up), everyone was friendly, helpful, happy to answer any questions, offer advice or recommendations. KC Mattress City has broad selection of very good mattresses and bedding products. However, we came to mattress City because we were interested in a Casper mattress, bed frame and headboard (they are Casper's local retailer) and did not want to rely on some unknown delivery service to deliver it and set it up. We are very glad we went with KC Mattress City rather than simply ordering on line and taking our chances with delivery.
