I can not say enough good things about my experience with the staff at the Olathe KC Mattress City store!!! From the moment I walked into the store the staff were welcoming, good listeners and went out of their way to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable in trying out their many mattresses. Received call that my mattress arrived sooner than projected and today delivered and set up by two more very nice staff. Looking forward to a good nights sleep!!! Amazing customer service!!! That is something that is lost with a lot of businesses but KC Mattress was amazing to work with.
Everything and everyone was top notch. The layout/display of the mattresses on the floor made for easy comparisons. Salesperson was helpful and did not tire of our repeated questions. Delivery and haul away of our old product when smoothly. Mike and his helper were organized and proficient in their delivery and assembly. KCMattress is a top notch outfit. I highly recommend them it was a great experience.
