Highly recommend! So glad we came to KC Mattress City before going to the big stores. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful, selection and prices were great. Once we finally made our decision and were checking out the manager asked if we would be available for delivery today! Wha??? Um okay. Here it came about an hour after we got home and the delivery guys were as nice as could be. We are customers for life!
Our 1st visit and we were pleasantly surprised. We'd always bought matresses from furniture or other matress stores. Going off Consumer Reports, we kew what we wanted and they were the one place around here that carried it. Before walking in I said I didn't look forward to being shadowed by a sales person but we were greeted by a friendly older gentleman (my age) who encouraged us to try several out and if there was anything they could help with just flag one of them down. I couldn’t be more delighted at how awesome these guys are from the front desk to the delivery/ assemble guys so years ago I purchased a very nice and comfortable bed and platform now my cousin and sister in law purchased from the same place an love it I also came back and purchased another bed same as the first just a few upgrades.
