at first when I started bringing my automobile to K.C. Martin they gave me great service. slowly over time I've noticed each time I brought it in for an oil change, something would go wrong with my car immediately afterwards. it turned into one thing after another until I decided to double-check their work when they told me I needed a new alternator.
