A year ago I had KC marine install my outboard motors it took 2 weeks to get on the schedule I was promised 8 hours. But they had only worked on it for 2 hours a day and took 4 weeks to due the female tech seemed to be rushed and broke the shifter cables they didn’t want to own up to it the staff are clowns I took it to windward boats they had fixed it in a day. KC marine denial any wrong doing. New motors unskilled labors equals KC marine

After waiting for two years and 5 months to get my boat into another shop that was “authorized repair facility” for my engine, and getting some work performed by a few other mechanics who made the problems worse, I decided to try K&C. Didn’t want to post but just have too. This place is a joke. Absolutely disappointing! Took my 2020 Mercury 6hp for a service having carburetor issues specifically saying so. Also asked to replace the pull start string and rusted hose clamp clips. The technician goes on to say we should change this n that. Fast forward month n half later and I had to call to see if there was an update. Saying waiting on parts. A few weeks go by and then they text me with a pic of carb gunk saying we need a new float for the carburetor. Ok. F... read more
We have used K & C Marine for gel coat repairs, boat polishing and electrical diagnostic/repairs. I cannot recommend them enough! Their team is extremely helpful, reliable and demonstrate competence.
Tyler is the man!! He’s honest and knows his stuff!! Came on short notice and helped us fix our boat problems in a jiffy!!
