Absolutely loved living here! We stayed at The Pines on Mission and 95th. We brought our brand new baby home from the hospital and lived there for the first 2 years of his life. As a family we always felt safe and I went for walks every day just me and my baby. We only left because my husband got a new job an hour away. Terrible management. Don’t lease from them.
Me and my girlfriend had a great experience renting from KC Lar (we stayed at Mission Park Apartments). They were quick to respond to any maintenance requests/inquiries, kept the hallways clean, the application and rental portal were convenient. They also let us know our resigning options at a reasonable date and returned our security deposit with no issues. We would be happy to rent from them again in the future.
KC LAR Management has done a great job for the almost 2 years I've lived in the building. Pros: The apartments were newly renovated and I was the first in my apartment. It's conveniently located, about 5 min to plaza/westport while still being in a decent neighborhood area, 12 min to downtown and quick access to I-35. The maintenance team is VERY quick with any problems you may have in your apartment. Sometimes even the same day if it's an urgent enough matter. They always respond to emails very quickly.
