I prefer to deal directly with a company I'm having an issue with vs. a public forum such as a Google review however I've had no success in doing so with KC Dog Guard. KC Dog Guard installed an electric fence approximately 3 years ago and it worked great. Our neighbor had some construction done and the line was cut in a few places. I've been talking with Dan (the GM?) for over a month in an attempt to have him reconnect the lines. We've set at least 5 appointments to meet at the home and he has yet to show. Flakey. Tim no showed to our first scheduled appointment without even a call or text. When I called, he rescheduled with me to the next day. The next day, I called 10 mins before the scheduled appointment to confirm he was on his way - he wasn’t and wanted to come back several hours later. I declined - if someone isn’t dependable during the estimate phase and can’t even call or text that they had a conflict, you can be sure they won’t be dependable when completing the actual work.

I was stood up by this company. Called to say he’d be late, and never showed up. No courtesy call to cancel, and didn’t answer when I called. I’m very frustrated.

The owners and employees are the Best! They respond immediately and even on Christmas Eve are available for you and your puppies! They take time to train you to ensure success and with almost 5 acres "controlled", the training steps were perfect! Can't recommend these folks highly enough!
