Recommendedwanted to give Doug a big shout out! A few weeks ago i called about some forty fat spokes. He called me after hours and talked to me for a good half hour. My wheels came in 3 days later and where exactly what he said. Great customer service
been trying to reach somone about my order that I have not received information on emailed called left messages and no reply the took my money but haven't supplied and shipping details a week ago
I ordered a set of wheels and called them 3 weeks later to check on the status only to find out they had no record of me calling. I reordered my wheels and heard nothing again only to call back and find that they wrote my credit card number and address down wrong. They told me my wheels were in stock only to find out that the wheels were probably 4-6 weeks out. I have no idea how these guys are still in business. I purchased a set of pipes and called in with some questions and concerns because I was unsure if I had made the correct choice of pipes. The customer service was outstanding Doug was friendly and he made sure all my questions were answered they even wanted me to try them to make sure I was happy with them. They were more than willing to stand behind there product I would recommend KCINT to anyone.
Was interested in a chrome spoke wheel for my custom Shovelhead, but they couldn't give any fitment details. Quite rude on the phone and no help at all. In fact, they were glad I decided to take my business elsewhere. If this is the kind of service one gets prior to a purchase, hate to deal with them after I spent my $$$ ! I suggest shopping elsewhere...
I cannot comment on a particular situation, but wheels are part of the industry that always pose a possible issue, especially when being shipped overseas. Quite often when something gets shipped overseas, stuff happens.. Seeing that the company offered to make it right, there is no more that you can ask for. What most people who do not work in the industry understand is that issues are going to happen. Plain and simple. It is a fact of life in this industry. I am not defending anyone, merely stating the truth.
