I was not able to stay at the property personally. Because of flight times and when the property allows check in. But let me tell you guys, if you are looking for true genuine heart filled customer care. Emma, the front desk receptionist is that person. Her generosity, willingness to help, and unbelievable understanding makes the hotel truly remarkable. Hopefully management reads this and treats her always with dignity and respect. Thanks again Emma, you put the “R” in relationships and true customer service!

My sister is disabled and the hotel did not have an elevator or carts to bring in luggage. But the worst thing was we were given keys to a room that was already occupied.

I overall had a great stay here, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only 2 problems I had was the hot water , it didnt get hot enough to enjoy i nice long shower. My other problem was the breakfast. You have to get there at 7am on the dot. No later otherwise everything will be gone and thats it. They advertise breakfast from 7am-11am which is untrue. I highly advice not to stay here! Me and my fiancé just stayed here and was horrible! There was a leak in the bathroom everytime you ran the water. The power in our room went out 4 times with telling the front and each time they were very rude about it. The place smells nasty. Very rude customer service! We also stayed in B building and was told we had to go through C building to get to our room because the B building door was being “Worked on” in which it was not and was working just fine.
