Signed 1 year boat storage contract to be paid on a monthly basis. Was double billed for 1st month in error. When I asked them to refund the duplicate billing charge they hesitated to do so saying they would call me back. When they called me back they said there was a mistake with management and they were booked and didn't have storage room for me any longer...
Not 24hrs as advertised
The people at KC Indoor Storage are great and make all the difference. Other facilities seem to be hit and miss with communication. They go above and beyond every time I contact them for assistance. Also, The location is right in the middle of town and easy to access from I-35. Super clean and secure, great rate and service.
