Our family really struggled with the decision to euthanize our dog Ottis. Katherine was patient, compassionate, and so very kind. We are at peace Ottis is no longer suffering. Thank you Katherine for your support and kindness. Forever grateful to you, The Bouch Family
Kathryn was an answer to prayer! My little Coco was declining fast and unfortunately it was a Sunday and I was desperate to find someone that would be able to come to the house. Everyone was booked no availability and I was going to have to resort to taking her somewhere. At the very last moment, Katherine called and was able to come to the house that evening. She is a compassionate and spiritual person. She made the whole process bearable for me. I was so blessed to have her take care of my Coco.
Thank you so much for your kind bedside manner and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for giving us time with him so the other cats could say their goodbyes as well.
Katherine was amazing during this very difficult time. She was patient with us as we expressed our grief and struggled with the passing of our 13 year old dog who had battled cancer for over 2 years. As Katherine was preparing to drive away from our home with our beloved dog, she saw that my wife was standing in the doorway crying. She exited the vehicle and motioned for my wife to come outside for one last goodbye. My wife will never forget Katherine's kindness. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Katherine and her services.
Unfortunately, I have had to use this service twice in one year. As upsetting as it is, these people are some of the kindest and most compassionate individuals I have met. When I made the call last year, they were quick to come and very professional. Having to make the same choice this year, I knew who I trusted with my little one, and contacted KC's.
