The overall process was great. Their team came into our home and gently explained the procedure. They were calm and sweet to guide us through the process. We were given our space to say goodbye to our fur baby, but we knew it was the best option. KC has helped us move 2 of our dogs across the rainbow bridge. We appreciate their compassion and their utmost care in the sensitive situation. We will definitely be using them again when the time comes.
We are so grateful to KC in Home for the gentle, loving care they gave our sweet Tiffany. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they treated her with such kindness, compassion, and respect. Their support brought us comfort and peace, and we will always be thankful for the care they showed our beloved dog. Thank you for helping us say goodbye with so much love. Very disappointed in whoever answers the phone for this company. I sent them a text to inquire on their weekend availability for my sweet 15 year old dog. She responds and says she can be there within 2 hours. I didn't respond right away and she proceeded to call me 3 times in a row when I said I would call her back as I was crying on the phone to my Vet. I put off writing this review for a month but they deserve more than 5 stars. This was the kindest way for my baby to peacefully go after fighting cancer. I contacted them and they were able to come to our home that same day. This was the hardest call to make but we knew it was time. Katherine talked to us and reassured us that we were making the right decision given the type of cancer.
