Do NOT use this company. They will string you along through the process saying they will buy your house. Go through all the steps even sign at closing and then refuse to wire the money and back out of the contract. My situat ion was supposed to be a week long process and ended up taking over a month and I am still left with the house I am trying to sell. Avoid a headache, frustration and disappointment and do not use this company.also they go by two names. Also known as KC house guys.
I attempted to sell my father's house that I inherited when he passed. We agreed to sell for $80k. I knew there was work to be done on the house. We renegotiated for $75k. They sent the forms to the title company to set up closing. I signed the documents and they signed the documents. This was on a Thursday.
