Emma helped my grandma with her hearing aids. She showed me how to clean and change the wax traps. She was very enthusiastic and so sweet, hoping we get her next time as well.

Dr. Haley is amazing. I knew that I had hearing issues because the tire had blown in my face and I had ringing for years. She was able to tell right off the bat that I had tinnitus and also hearing loss in both of my ears and got everything done in the same day: my consultation, my testing, my results, and we ordered my hearing aid. She provided her best opinion when it came to which hearing aid would work for me and also that I didn’t need both hearing aids, so she saved me some money as well. Minme Baldridge (Butler Hospital Audiologist) is absolutely amazing! She has worked diligently with both my parents (age 87, and 93) getting them fitted and established with hearing aids. As simplistic as this may appear, it’s an enduring challenge when working with elderly; Minme has excessive patience and kindness at every approach.
