First visit (last month) was smooth and staff were helpful. Leaving there with my mom now and the woman (more fair skin Black woman) in the wigs area was not helpful and acted like she didn't want to be bothered. My mom went from wanting to purchase multiple wigs to not purchasing anything. Don't hire anyone that intentionally brings the brand down!
