Great food and fresh
Ordered around 7:30 came at 9:15 very bad service

Quality has really gone down since March for some reason. They changed the recipes for a number of core items, especially the fries and the pretzel chicken. Orders are now made wrong more often, food is either burnt or doesn't taste as good, and the staff is more interested in chatting than actually helping customers. Prices have at the same time gone up significantly. We used to buy from here every 1-2 weeks, since the quality more than made up for the prices, but I think from now on we'll be going to other places instead.
