Horrible customer service. Our inverter was out for 10 days before WE noticed it down. Under contract, KC is supposed to be doing monitoring so they are clearly in breach. While we are waiting for the new inverter to be sent from SolarEdge (KC has no leverage as they are a small shop), we are trying to work with them to ensure monitoring is set up (note if you are a customer, you may want to check this as you will find it is not).
