We had a fantastic experience at KC Cabinet and Granite. Our kitchen designer, Lacey, was fantastic and listened to all of our ideas. Terry is the best of you have any questions or concerns. The install process only took a week with a few touch ups the following week. There were a few cracked cabinets, but they were quick to respond and come fix. Overall fantastic customer service and our kitchen turned out so well!
They had a decent selection in showroom and prices originally quoted were reasonable but once the process started the owner and salesperson we worked with were extremely difficult. Prices changed, they were way off on initial measurements and had to go back and re measure, install dates changed and they were unprofessional with overall communication that took place. Installers were great but again difficult to work with.
I would steer clear of this company - installed a large piece of granite in my kitchen with a crack. They will not fix or replace it - their customer service was terrible. Check reviews before you hire this company.
This company sells a very nice cabinet for a very reasonable price! I recently used them for a kitchen remodel and was very pleased with their work and their great customer service. Their sales/office staff were very professional and knowledgeable. We worked with a great designer that helped us make the most of our space and we couldn't be happier with the end result! We love our new cabinets and granite counter tops and will be recommending KC Granite & Cabinetry to all of our friends and family.
We had KC Granite install granite counter tops about two weeks ago. Counter tops are beautiful and that's where it ends. Workmanship was horrible, installers got epoxy everywhere, scratched our new counter tops, chipped our cabinet, scratched our new dishwasher, and left a huge gap between our backsplash and counter top. Do not hire this place to do any -- they came in my house with deplorable workmanship, they ruined my carpeting, threw trash all over my home, left my house a mess, the flooring was substandard tiles were higher in some spots than others, grout was missing and not even with the tiles. It has been over a month and 1/2 and my floor still isn't correct. I now have another professional tile company redoing the floor and also parts of the backsplash. BEWARE if you hire this company.
