If this is truly your philosophy: "Our goals is to use the latest technology in construction and materials so that the buildings we build reduce our carbon footprint, are environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing," then why on earth are you involved in financing a frac sand mine in Southern Utah? Our precious water source and clean air are at stake, not to mention it would be contributing to the disastrous effects of fracking throughout the U.S. I urge you to reconsider your involvement in this project.
The Gardner Company could improve if it stopped supporting the Southern Red Sands frac sand mining project near Zion and Kanab. It's a greedy move that will permanently destroy the natural beauty and ecological integrity of the area, and will directly harm the area's tourism industry. It's obscene, and no one should do business with companies that support irresponsible projects like this.
