I just did my floors and went to Republic in LA to get the vinyl. I was 4 boxes short and needed more, so I called KC floors to see if they carried republic and had the floor I needed. They didn’t have it in stock, but said they could have it in 2 days. They even price matched and gave me the rate I previously paid for it! They were very professional and kind and gave me a great price for top of the line flooring! I am so happy I found them. They saved me time and money and a dreaded trip to LA! Amazing staff and great service!
I wanted to love KC Floors & More, but our final interactions with the company were disappointing. We worked with the company for new flooring and carpeting in our new to us home. The company was great with working with us before we were able to move our belongings into the home. When we moved and came to the house, it was so sad to see how dirty they left things. There were cans of Redbull still open on our counters, left over wrappers from the supplies they opened, a utility blade knife left in the carpet that a 3 year old... read more
Everything Kurt said is true. I just don't have the energy to tell my story but it is remarkably similar to his. These people have been taken to the CSLB review board multiple times. They don't have the proper licences nor know what they are doing. I'd go elsewhere. Your license is for flooring only. You tell people you are a general contractor which is untrue. So that means when you knocked out walls, did electrical, plumbing, gas lines, etc. you were operating outside of your license. That Mr Blood is against the law.
