Is this place even a real business ? . We were there to get our order and would have thought we were there to pick up Chinese food. No one had any clue about anything . Do they even know they sell store fixtures ?! They don’t know how to process an invoice , take measurements , or speak like decent humans. They arrive right when they open at 8:30 and take cigarette breaks at 8:46 . Despite multiple confirmations that we were coming - there was not a single thing ready to go when we arrived . Slats i bought from them don't fit the slatwall i also bought from them. Boards were so warped i had to use 2x4's inside one of the units to brace the boards back to straight so that i could assemble them. Then all of the slat is 46 inches wide instead of the standard 48, so shelves (even the 23.5 inch wide shelves for narrower spaces) don't fit. Poor quality and zero qc.
Ray Brown is the absolute worst person to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
