KC Fit has an amazing group of trainers. They go the extra mile for everyone attending their classes, which are always fun, and never the same. They're fully trained to help new (and old) Mums' exercise safely, and accomodate those with old and new injuries too. They even provide a babysitter at some classes. Highly recommended.
Great boot camp classes.
SO glad I found KC fit!! My wee boy doesn't want to part with me but this mumma needs something for herself and need to get bikini body ready so he watches while I work out with other lovely mums and our awesome, knowledgeable trainer Fiona cheers us on. Everyone is so understanding when toddler throws a tantrum and by the end of the workout I'm in such a good mood and it really sets me up well for the day :)
