Unfortunately, our experience with this company was very disappointing. From the start, communication was poor and inconsistent, making it difficult to get timely updates or clear answers. When we did hear back, the interactions were often rude and unprofessional. Due to their lack of follow-through and organization, they dropped the ball on key items, which ultimately pushed our project back by two weeks.. I would not recommend this company if you value professionalism, responsiveness, and staying on schedule.
No words can describe how easy they are to work with ! They did geotech inspections for a foundation im doing in Fairfield and they are just very nice to work with ! I would highly recommend them.
